Apa Itu SSM?

For existing local dropship sellers under Non-SSL

You are still allowed to sell on Shopee. However, your account will be reviewed on a monthly basis for Non-Fulfilment Rate (NFR) and Late Shipment Rate (LSR). Should your store exceed beyond the platform threshold for any of these criteria, it will be at risk of removal from the platform.

You are strongly advised to sell more ready stock products. Here is what you can do during the transition:

  1. Turn on Vacation Mode and clear your remaining stock.
  2. Ensure all incoming orders are reflected between your Shopee store and your third-party Partner Platforms/suppliers.
  3. Arrange for extra manpower to handle the pending orders manually.

Once your remaining stock is cleared, you can start selling more ready stock products and enable our Standard Delivery channel for your store.
