Sebuah lagi webinar atau kelas oleh Shopee untuk jelaskan apa itu Penalty Shopee penalty point shopee yang mempunyai Tier 1 - 6 hingga akaun anda akan dibekukan.

Shoppermaniac telah beberapa kena Shopee penalty (1 sahaja) tetapi impaknya ialah sales jatuh menjunam walaupun markah penalti 1. Lepas tu kena tunggu 28 hari baru dibebaskan dari penjara penalti Shopee.
Pendek kata jangan kena shopee penalty, 28 hari ialah zaman kelam jualan anda di Shopee dan masa kena tu pula ada event besar Shopee, Lagi menangis..hehehehe.

PENALTI POINT
Penalty points may be issued to sellers who do not meet the minimum standards that buyers have expected. This alerts sellers on potential areas for improvement.
Your performance is measured weekly and updated on Mondays. Any penalty points issued are also updated on the same day.
In addition to avoiding penalty points, it is also important to ensure good account health by meeting Shopee's performance targets in these four areas:
- Avoiding Listing Violations
- Fulfilment of Orders
- Customer Service
- Customer Satisfaction
📍 Definitions
- Non-fulfilment rate (NFR): The percentage of orders (out of total orders) that were either cancelled or returned in the past 7 days.
- Late shipment rate (LSR): The percentage of orders (out of total orders) that were shipped late in the past 7 days.

Prohibited listings
You are responsible for ensuring that all listings comply with local laws as well as Shopee's terms and policies. Switched listings, advertisements, and misleading discounts are also not allowed.
Intellectual Property Rights Infringement or Counterfeit listings
Infringing the rights of Intellectual Property owners and the sale of counterfeit items are violations of Shopee's Terms of Service and such listings will be deleted.
Spam listings
You should not spam or post duplicate listings as it creates confusion. All spam listings will be removed. Listings are deemed to be spam if they are listed as in the table below.
False transactions
Sellers (as well as staff who managed your shop) should not buy or attempt to buy from your own shop.
Some of the scenarios that will cause you to incur penalty points under fraud for false transactions are as follow:
- Buyer is having issues while trying to checkout from your shop. While you try to understand what went wrong, you try to replicate the issue by trying to buy/checkout from your own shop.
- Buyer is having issues on applying Shopee/Seller voucher during checkout. While you try to understand what went wrong, you try to replicate the issue by trying to buy/checkout from your own shop with the voucher code.
Shipping Fraud
Shipping Fraud refers to cases where a seller intentionally sends an empty parcel, or a parcel containing an item that is irrelevant and of a lower value, instead of the actual item ordered by the buyer.

Social Selling Policy
To ensure that Shopee Feed and Shopee Live platforms remain a friendly and safe environment for buyers and sellers, penalty points will be issued for inappropriate content. This includes explicit/sensitive content*, harassment of others, or the promotion of prohibited items.
*Explicit/sensitive content refers to the following:
- Promotion of pornographic content - Any form of pornography or excessively explicit content; including, but not limited to: information depicting sexual acts, pictures containing nudity, text hinting at or promoting eroticism.
- Information to incite hate, unrest, and/or discrimination - Information that can jeopardise national and social security, going against the laws and regulations of local governing authorities.
- Harassment and cyberbullying - Actions which threaten, intimidate, alarm, or put a person in fear of their safety. This also includes leaking of an individual's personal details such as addresses or contact details.
Shop Name Policy
Improper shop name violation include:
- Using vulgar, prohibited, offensive, or sensitive words.
- Using platform names such as "Shopee", etc.
- Using brand name/flagship/official keywords for non-official shops.
